These terms apply when customers place dine-in, takeaway, delivery, kiosk, POS, or online orders with Pampart Bistro.
Menu and prices
Menu availability, item photos, ingredients, prices, taxes, service charges, and delivery charges can change. The final amount is shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Order confirmation
Card-paid orders can be confirmed automatically after successful payment. Cash dine-in table QR orders may require staff verification that the table is occupied before the order is sent to the kitchen.
Table QR ordering
Table QR codes are intended for customers seated at the matching table. Misuse, duplicate orders, or orders from an unoccupied table may be cancelled by staff.
Allergies and notes
Customers are responsible for adding allergy, dietary, or preparation notes before placing the order. Staff will try to follow notes, but the restaurant should be contacted directly for serious allergy requirements.
Order status
Order status screens and customer tracking show operational progress. Estimated timings are not guaranteed because preparation time can change during busy service.
