Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation decisions depend on payment status, order status, and whether preparation has already started.
Cancelling an order
Customers should contact the restaurant as soon as possible with the order number. Orders can usually be cancelled before preparation starts, but prepared, completed, or delivered orders may not be cancellable.
Card refunds
Approved card refunds are sent back through the original payment provider. The time required for money to appear in the customer account depends on the provider and bank.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the order may remain unpaid or may be cancelled. Customers can retry payment or contact the restaurant for help.
Cash orders
Refunds or changes for cash orders are handled directly by restaurant staff at the branch.
